Business Development Manager (Steel Structure Project)

Duties and Responsibilities
• Business Managing new business development and new project
• Managing market survey team and operation team
• Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities
• Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments
• Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
• Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential
• Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
• Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients
• Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend
• Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization

Requirements of the Role
• Any degree holder with 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience, MBA would be an added advantage
• Able to expand new market in local as well as international investors/ partners
• Proven business development manager who is used to working to targets
• Knowledge about commercial and project management
• Understand working culture with foreign JV company
